Shipping policy

 

We will aim to dispatch all our orders within 1-3 Working Days via Royal Mail. Please note it might take a little longer during busy periods (e.g., Seasonal Promotions, Bank Holidays, Christmas). We will inform you of any delays.

UK orders

• Tracked 48 - Normally arrives in 2-3 business days – postage fee £4.74
• Complimentary shipping on orders over £50
• Tracked 24 with Signature - UK only - Usually arrives next business day, available Monday – Friday, for orders placed before 12pm - £8.88

Worldwide orders

Kindly note that we do not ship to any country outside of the UK at the moment and we are unable to deliver to Hotels and PO Boxes.

An email confirmation will be sent to you once the order has been successfully placed – this will validate your order number and specify the delivery method. Please ensure your address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Once your order is ready for delivery you will receive a delivery confirmation email with your tracking information.
