RETURNS

Damaged products

If a product is damaged on arrival, please let us know as soon as possible. We will offer a replacement or refund on any damaged product returned to us within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please email office@deiskincare.com and include your name, order number and a description of the damage. We will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge or send you a refund.
Kindly note that we cannot offer a refund or replacement on products returned in a non-saleable condition.

Unwanted products

We also have a 14-day return policy for our products. If you have changed your mind and would like to return your products, please email office@deiskincare.com and include your name and order number.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and examined, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (excluding delivery fees) within 7-10 working days from receipt of your products.

Please do not return anything without contacting us.

Kindly note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning unwanted products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To ensure the product safely reaches us, we recommend using a tracked service for return postage.

Gifts

Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

Please be advised that if the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the product wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about the return.
