1. What makes your formulations “clean and potent”?
We use 100% natural, high-performing ingredients without fillers, parabens, SLS, synthetic fragrance or unnecessary additives. Every formula is created using a holistic approach, supporting long-term skin health and balance.
2. Are your products truly fragrance-free?
Yes. We never add synthetic fragrances. Any light scent comes only from the product’s natural raw ingredients, making our range ideal for sensitive skin.
3. Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We do not test on animals, and neither do our suppliers. All products are developed and produced under strict cruelty-free standards.
4. Where are your products made?
All formulations are developed and manufactured in the United Kingdom, ensuring quality, safety, and consistency from start to finish.
5. What type of packaging do you use?
We prioritise glass bottles wherever possible. When plastic is required, we use widely recyclable options. We also choose not to use outer cartons to reduce waste and minimise our environmental impact.
6. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our formulas are gentle by design—fragrance-free, SLS-free, paraben-free, filler-free, and made with only natural ingredients. They’re suitable for most sensitive skin types.
7. Are your products vegan?
All of our products are 100% natural and cruelty-free, and most are suitable for vegans. The only exception is our Skin Balm, which contains natural beeswax. Full ingredient details are listed on each product page.
8. Are your products Unisex?
Yes. All of our formulations are unisex and inclusive by design. We create skincare for all skin types, tones, and genders, focusing on universal skin needs rather than gendered marketing.
9. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship throughout the UK. EU availability is in progress, and updates will be shared as soon as regulatory approval is complete.
10. Why don’t you use outer packaging or cartons?
To avoid unnecessary waste. Omitting cartons helps reduce our environmental footprint while keeping our packaging simple and responsible.
11. What does a “holistic approach” mean in your formulations?
It means we consider the skin, body, and overall wellbeing when selecting ingredients. Our products are designed to support the skin’s natural functions, barrier health, and long-term vitality.
